Ventura Avenue: A dog got into a back yard and bit a child in the face around 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Moon Road near Oren Avenue: Four horses were running loose on vacant property where an almond orchard was recently cut down around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
Sabrina Elizabeth Puleo-Coats: 31, of Redding was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of ammunition. No bail was set.
Jana Lindsay Coley: 31, of Red Bluff was arrested Saturday and charged with battery with serious bodily injury. No bail was set.
William Edward Meders: 31, of Corning was arrested Saturday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, receiving stolen property and vandalism of $400 or more. Bail was $100,000.
Abel Ramirez: 31, of Stockton was arrested Saturday and charged with obstructing executive officers. Bail was $15,000.
Justin Patrick Murphy: 45, of Red Bluff was arrested Sunday and charged with cruelty to an elder dependent. Bail was $50,000.
Kao Lin Saelee: 43, of Red Bluff was arrested Sunday and charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. Bail was $50,000.
William Fredrick Strassburger: 24, of Red Bluff was arrested Sunday and charged with failure to appear and keeping a place to sell narcotics. No bail was set.
South Main Street: A woman was asked to leave AMPM around 8 a.m. Sunday and shoved someone.
Foster Island: A man sent an SOS message while boating on the Sacramento River around 8 p.m. Saturday.
Paskenta Road: A teenager from Red Bluff was driving north on Paskenta around 4:50 p.m. Thursday, drifted off the roadway and overturned. The driver was hurt and two passengers were not.
Paskenta Road, near Gyle Road: A Rancho Tehama man was driving south on Paskenta around 12:15 a.m. Sunday. He lost control and crashed into a fence. The driver and passenger sustained major injuries.
99W: A single shot was heard around 3:45 a.m. Friday at Friendly Acres Mobile Park.
Cone Grove Road: A man with no shirt was jumping in front of cars around noon Friday at Cone Grove Park. He was cited.
Rio Vista Lane: A half-dozen shots were heard along the river around 3 p.m. Friday.
Walnut Street and Baker Road: 20-30 shots were heard just after midnight Saturday morning.
Stagecoach Road: A single shot was heard around 5 a.m. Saturday.
Chestnut Avenue: Seven shots were heard coming from Red Bluff RV Park around 11 p.m. Saturday.
Bowman Road: Five shots were heard around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
Tehama Vina Road, near Aramayo Way: A vegetation fire around 9:40 p.m.Saturday was contained to .032 acres. Its cause is under investigation.
Bowman Road, near Farquhar Road: A vegetation fire around 12:30 p.m.Sunday was extinguished by bystanders. A mower ignited the fire, which caused $500 damage.
Sacramento Avenue, near Grange Road: A lawnmower caught fire around 3:20 p.m.Sunday and it spread to vegetation before being contained to .060 acres.
Gilmore Ranch Road near Williams Avenue: A woman was slumped over in a wheelchair on the side of the road around noon Friday.
West Street: Occupants of brown Buick were illegally dumping in a school dumpster around 10:10 a.m. Friday.
Madison Street: An older male with blond hair, white tank top and brown shorts opened the door to a truck where a woman was sitting at 1:10 p.m. Friday. She was able to close and lock it. The man tried the other doors and windows and then left.
South Main Street: A man opened the back of a U-Haul truck a little and slid a case of water in around 2:50 p.m. Friday. He got into the truck to drive off and almost hit a car.
Luther Road: A man driving a white Ford Econoline camper van parked diagonally in the handicap spots and drove slowly through the Walmart parking lot around 4:05 p.m. Saturday.
Sale Lane: A man was in his girlfriend’s apartment with an orange bucket that may have been a bomb around 4:50 p.m. Saturday.
Bonanza King Drive: A man was running into neighbors’ yards and acting strangely, scaring children, around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
Bowman Road: A Mahindra tractor was reported stolen around 11 a.m. Saturday.
