VERONA — A class on the fundamentals of starting a food truck business will be offered at the Madison-Oneida BOCES campus from Sept. 14-Nov. 14 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m., according to a BOCES announcement.
Tuition for the course is $299. To register, call 315-361-5800.
The course will be taught by local food truck owner Sarita Ruiz. She said that with the popularity of entrepreneurism and the rising interest in food trucks, it will be a great addition to the course catalog and in helping people create their own future. Her business includes a Sarita’s food truck, and among the items is Spanish food with an American twist.
