Identity Theft Charge

 

Garcia Reed, 27, of 1933 N. Green Ln., Palatine, was charged with identity theft. He was taken into custody at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 11 at the Cook County Courthouse in Rolling Meadows.

 

Disorderly Conduct Charge

 

Jose Garcia, 34, of 4060 Jennifer Ln., Arlington Heights, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, July 5 at the Elk Grove Village police station.

 

DUI Charges

 

Drew Richardson, 45, of 610 E. Shabonee Tr., Mount Prospect, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without headlights. He was taken into custody at 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, July 7 at Oakton Street and Busse Road.

Ever Soto Suazo, 27, of 1601 N. Lotus Dr., Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of open alcohol, speeding, and driving without a valid license. He was taken into custody at 4:37 p.m. Thursday, July 2 at Grissom Trail and Biesterfield Road.

 

Traffic Charges

 

David Arana, 47, of 1430 Maple Ave., Berwyn, was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license. He was cited at 11:03 a.m. Thursday, July 9 at Greenleaf Avenue and Nicholas Boulevard.

Kevin Dryer, 38, of 8001 Exchange Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving without headlights or taillights, on a revoked license. He was cited at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 8 at Higgins Road and Commercial Drive.

Nicole Villanueva, 29, of 438 Perrie Dr., Elk Grove Village, was charged with speeding, traveling 50 mph in a 30 mph zone, and driving without a valid license. She was cited at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 8 on eastbound Landmeier Road at Perrie Drive.

Patrick Woolfolk, 29, of 134 Bay Dr., Itasca, was charged with improper use of electronic communication while driving on a revoked license. He was cited at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday, July 8 at Arlington Heights Road and Newport Avenue.

Juan Armando Soto, 31, of 648 Clearmont Dr., Elk Grove Village, was charged with speeding, traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph zone and driving without a valid license. He was cited at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, July 8 at Landmeier Road and Thorndale Avenue.

Saul Rivera, 25, of 595 Northport Dr., Elk Grove Village, was charged with speeding. He was cited at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 7 at Oakton Street and Kent Avenue.

Maurice Crump, 69, of 1747 N. Austin Blvd., Chicago, was charged with making an improper turn and driving without a valid license. He was cited at 12:11 a.m. Tuesday, July 7 on eastbound Touhy Avenue coming from Elmhurst Road.

Javon Barnes, 23, of 1411 N. Farview Ln., McHenry, was charged with driving on a suspended license in a vehicle with only one headlight. He was cited at 9:16 p.m. Monday, July 6 at 601 Meacham Rd.

Anas Peera, 25, of 600 Bayside Dr., Palatine, was charged with aggravated speeding. He was cited at 8:19 p.m. Sunday, July 5 at Elmhurst Road and I-90.

Pablo Alimario, 23, of 2925 Deerpath Ln., Carpentersville, was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license. He was cited at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday, July 1 at 500 W. Elk Grove Blvd.

Brenda Ascencio, 35, of 2072 N. Algonquin Rd., Mount Prospect, was charged with aggravated speeding. She was cited at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, July 1 at Elmhurst Road and I-90.

 

Property Damage Charge

 

Cynthia Rios, 29, of 8316 W. Forest Preserve Ave., Chicago, was charged with criminal damage to property. She was taken into custody at 12:30 a.m. Monday, July 6 at 1000 W. Devon Ave. Police did not disclose what was alleged to be damaged or estimated damage costs.

 

Burglaries & Thefts

 

A Ryobi pressure washer and a tool kit, collectively valued at $400, were reported stolen from a garage in the 400 block of Charing Cross Road, left open while the homeowner was away at a store, sometime between 8 and 9 p.m. Friday, June 26.

A 2020 International 300 two-door box truck, valued at $30,000, rented at noon Wednesday, June 3 by Allianz Van Lines, which was supposed to be returned to the rental company by Wednesday, June 10, was not returned. Rental company officials were reportedly unable to reach Allianz.

 

Property Damage

 

Large circles were reportedly scratched on the hood of a 2019 Mazda CX-9 while parked in an apartment building lot in the 900 block of Ridge Square sometime between 5 p.m. Thursday, July 2 and 10:20 a.m. Friday, July 3. Damage was estimated at $500.
