CLEVELAND, Ohio – First Brands Group has acquired the Raybestos and Luberfiner brands to its portfolio, through its acquisitions of Brake Parts Inc., and Champion Laboratories.
The company, formerly known as Trico Group, said the acquisitions are effective immediately.
