Isuzu’s Blue Power 1.9 D-Max named Pick-up Truck of the Year | Daily Express Online

The Isuzu D-Max featuring its innovative new 1.9-litre Blue Power engine has been named Pick-up Truck of the Year by DSF.my, one of the country’s top automotive websites. The latest accolade comes at the heels of the earlier award by the Carlist website that named the Isuzu D-Max as the pick-up truck with the best engine in 2019.

The awards presented by these motoring experts underline the superior technology engineered into the new 1.9-litre RZ-4E engine whose displacement is more regularly associated with compact family hatchbacks than hard-working pick-up trucks.

Developed from the ground up using innovative designs and cutting-edge materials, Isuzu has been able to realise greater all-round performance including better power, higher torque, greater fuel efficiency, improved durability and increased environmental-friendliness whilst lowering noise levels, reducing CO2 emissions, lessening maintenance, shaving weight and cutting friction.
