TWO cars have crashed, a truck has jack-knifed and a tree is down on highways in the Central West causing delays in a number of locations. Traffic on the Great Western Highway is affected in both directions at Walang, between Bathurst and Lithgow, following a two-car crash at 7.19am on Monday. The accident occurred near Timber Ridge Road and emergency services are on scene. Emergency services and Transport NSW have been responded to this incident. At this stage Australian Community Media is unaware of any injuries in the car crash or truck jack-knife. The incident occurred at 6.18am and westbound traffic is affected near Cashens Lane. Motorists are advised to reduce their speed and drive with caution.
