The status of one man’s condition following a crash Saturday has not been confirmed.
The incident occurred on North Centerville Road in Sherman Township. A pickup truck driven by a 53-year-old Sturgis man was southbound on Centerville Road and rear-ended a 1947Ford 9N tractor.
The tractor was driven by a 55-year-old Bronson man, who was thrown from the tractor and injured. Authorities said he was unresponsive upon arrival of first-responders. He was taken by ambulance to Kirsch Municipal Airport and airlifted to Bronson Methodist Hospital. The driver of the pickup-truck was not injured.
Authorities have not released the names of those involved.
The cause of the collision is being investigated.
