Belle Mill Road: A brown pit bull and a black and white husky were running at large around noon Tuesday at Antelope Homewood Mobile Park.
Pershing Road: A black pit bull went into a neighbor’s yard and killed a cat around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Santa Clara Road: Goats were loose around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Isaac Carlos Delgado: 42, of Fresno was arrested Tuesday and charged with participating in a criminal street gang, possession of ammunition by a felon, possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of a controlled substance. Bail was $50,000.
A Dreamer: 55, of Gerber was arrested Tuesday and charged with corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. No bail was set.
Jonathan Daniel Garcia: 34, of Red Bluff was arrested Tuesday and charged with DUI causing bodily injury. Bail was $50,000. Red Bluff Police logs show Garcia was arrested on a warrant at the Jackson Heights Elementary School about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Caramel Way: A Red Bluff man, 26, was cited Tuesday for brandishing a weapon.
Santa Maria Avenue: A woman pushing a motorcycle around 7:15 a.m. Tuesday was surrounded by people in a black GMC Yukon Denali, white Chevy pickup and silver Dodge Charger, who attempted to get her off the motorcycle.
Yellow Rose Road: A man wearing flannel with blue jeans was brandishing a gun while arguing with another man around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Marin Street: A neighbor threw a bottle over the fence and hit a truck Sunday.
1100 block Delphinium Street: A disturbance between four to six men armed with wrenches was reported about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Solano Street: A reckless driver in a blue coupe was driving west on Solano about 40-60 mph about 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
North Street: Multiple people were riding a motorcycle unsafely about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. A warning was issued.
Solano Street, cross of Third Street: A bucket full of nails and screws was found in the middle of Solano about 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Interstate 5 area of Riverside Place: A person reportedly ran from a residence and across both lanes of Interstate 5 about 8:30 p.m. Thursday after making suicidal statements.
Antelope Boulevard: The woman, 39, who jumped from the Antelope Boulevard bridge over the Sacramento River Tuesday was transferred to Mercy Medical Center in Redding and listed in serious condition as of Wednesday.
SR 99E: Screaming and possible gun shots were heard just before 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Stagecoach Road: Five shots were heard south of Rancho Tehama Elementary School around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
South Avenue: A man reported hearing shots about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday.
South Avenue: Two women in a silver SUV drove into the Love’s Truck Stop parking lot in Corning about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday being chased by a man in a small silver pickup.
Link Avenue: Concrete debris was dumped in the alley Tuesday.
400 block Jefferson Street: An ex was knocking on the window and standing outside a residence about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Hamilton Avenue: Multiple firearms were reported stolen around 10:15 a.m. from within a safe at a residence over the last two days. There were no signs of forced entry to the safe.
99W: Keys were taken from a residence and a truck stolen around 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at Friendly Acres Mobile Home Park.
Digger Creek Place: An amplifier was reported stolen from a vehicle around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Mary Kay Road: An air conditioner and tools were reported stolen from a shop around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Yolo Street: Four firearms were taken Monday night during a burglary.
Walnut Street: A woman carrying a unicorn bag stuffed with items from Dollar General about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday was seen headed south on Jackson Street.
Paynes Creek: A tool box was stolen from a front porch Tuesday.
Manton Road: Trespassers have been cutting down trees on PG&E land.
