Word was received in Red Bluff today that Mr. and Mrs. L. L. McCoy, while en route to San Francisco by automobile, were run into by a tourist party near Tracy, and the McCoy machine was so badly damaged that it had to be hauled into San Francisco on a truck. So far as known here no one was injured in the wreck.
As a driver, Mr. McCoy is so notoriously careful and so considerate of speed ordinances, that his friends do not hesitate to assume that the accident could in no way be his fault.
