Because of current COVID-19 restrictions on travel and many face-to-face customer support interactions, Phillips has deployed a series of training modules to attend remotely.
Session materials include product descriptions and their uses, along with technical assistance for their proper installation, the company says. Keeping customer support information easily available to all technicians, both new and experienced, is critical to keeping trucks and trailers operating properly with minimal unscheduled downtime during this challenging period. Phillips says it will continue to add more sessions to make as much information available as possible.
