Truck into the bush | Quinte News

Pickup truck ends up in bush along Highway 401 near Trenton Sunday night (September 6 2020) (Photo: submitted)

A man and woman were injured after their pickup truck left Highway 401 near Trenton last night (Sunday).

Quinte West firefighters, OPP, and Hastings-Quinte paramedics responded at around 8 o’clock to the collision which was near the 401 westbound ONroute.

Firefighters had to trim back trees along the highway to get the man and woman out of the truck.

They were taken to Trenton Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries.
