Police are attending to a truck that rolled in Taranaki.

A truck has rolled south of Inglewood, Taranaki.

Police were alerted of the crash, on Mountain Rd between Durham Rd Lower and Norfolk Rd Upper, at 12.41pm on Thursday.

A police spokeswoman said initial reports were the sole occupant of the truck was not injured.

A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said the truck was carrying oil which had spilled out and the matter had been passed on to Taranaki Regional Council.
